Membership Roles
These roles provide members with access to the premium channels.
Lifetime Elite Plus - Lifetime members; Full channel access.
Elite Plus - Annual members; Full channel access.
Elite - Monthly members. Access to all channels, with the exception of channels that requires a criteria.
CT AUTO Lifetime, CT AUTO Elite Plus, CT AUTO Elite - For a limited time, lifetime members at our sister crypto server, CryptoTraders, are granted cross-membership at Xtrades.
Trialist - Those on the 14-day phased trial of Elite. Each day, certain channels are opened up. For more information on the trial phases, please see the following post. .
Legacy - Grandfathered lifetime members. This role is no longer given out.
Founding Member - Members who've been enrolled for 1+ months as of 7/5/22 and receive grandfathered pricing.
Admin & Staff Roles
Xtrades Founder - Our Founders, Kevin and Dan.
Administrative Team - Server Admins.
Developer - Front and Back-end Development Team.
Member Support - Customer Support.
Staff - Support Staff.
Staff Analyst - Analysts Staff.
Mentor & Educator - Members with this role are participating as a mentor in the Xtrades mentorship program.

Analyst Roles
These roles are given to members who have consistently provided value and dedication to our community, in terms of education, analysis, alerts/call-outs, and community feedback.

Rank 1: Prospect - This is the first rung on the journey to becoming an Xtrades Analyst.
Within each tier, there are three (3) levels, e.g. Senior Analyst I through III.

These roles are automatically given to members based on the amount of activity and time in chat. Only posts that meet certain criteria are tracked.

Win-Rate Roles
These roles are automatically given to members based on their alert and call-out performance in all of the alert and play channels. A minimum of 10 alerts are required.

Misc. Roles
Enhanced Investor OG (2015) - Members who have been around since the Enhanced Investor days (before EI was rebranded to Xtrades).
Team Xtrades - Community members who are eligible for monthly payouts from our payout pool, and given access to an exclusive channel.
Super User - Given to members with an extremely high volume of activity throughout the server.
Winners Circle - An exclusive role given to members who've won a prize for sharing their feedback on the monthly survey.
Heart & Soul - Members who are the heart and soul of the community, and are a true embodiment of the Xtrades culture.
No Plays - Members given this role are restricted from sharing their plays at 🗣｜member-plays due to posting nonactionable plays. If you've received this role, please open a ticket to appeal.
Active Trialist - Automatically given to Trialists who meet the requirements to be able to embed links and attach files. For more information, please see https://bit.ly/3kUGOUF.
Inactive - Automatically given to members who've been inactive for 30+ days.
Beta Crew - Members who are currently participating in the closed beta test of the Xtrades next-generation platform.
Open Beta Enrolled - Members who enrolled in the public open beta of our platform.
OT Crew - Our 🗯｜off-topic™ regulars who keep that channel popping at all hours.
Cake Day - Members who are currently celebrating a birthday today.
Poker Champion - Winners of the quarterly Xtrades Poker Tournament, which are coming soon.
Affiliate - Refer new members using your unique link to receive 30% recurring commissions.
Trial Phases
To prevent users from being overwhelmed at first (we have a large number of channels), those who are on the 20-day free trial of Elite are given phased access, with certain channels being unlocked on certain days of the trial.
