I received a direct message offering me an algorithm/auto-trading program/free bitcoin. Is this real?
No. It is a scam. Please send screenshots of direct messages to @Report Bot and the moderators will remove them from the server. Most of them time, these users will disappear or ignore you after you send payment of any kind.
I paid for the subscription but my role isn't updated and I don't see the alert channels. What should I do?
After subscribing and connecting your Discord account to our website, the bot will automatically give you access. For some, because of extensions, or if your Discord email is different than your payment email, then it will not work.
In that case, send a screenshot of your payment receipt to @Get Role Bot. Please make sure your payment email, receipt number, or transaction ID is visible in the screenshot. The moderators will update your access.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed using Paypal, you can cancel it in your account by clicking on the gear icon at the top right of the page --> payments --> manage automatic payments. From there, look for Xtrades and next to "Status" is a cancel button.
If you subscribed using credit card, then message me or @*Customer Support your payment email, or a screenshot of your receipt. It is considered cancelled when you send the message. I will process the cancellation and send you screenshot proof of the cancellation for confirmation.
I am a premium member and I messaged the analyst, but they are not responding. What should I do?
Due to the size of our server, our analysts receive many direct messages every day. It is not always possible for them to respond in a timely manner. Members that have purchased the mentoring package or are eligible for mentoring such as new Lifetime Elite Plus members have priority. If you are in that group but you still aren't getting a timely response, please contact an admin.
I'm not getting notifications for my Discord app. How do I turn that on?
Due to the size of our server, Discord will not provide notifications to your mobile device. We have a mobile-beta app to fix that. Our app provides notifications of alerts from the alert channels without the chat - only actionable information. You can also use it to subscribe to only the analysts & traders of your choice.
I am new in the server. What are all the channels for?
I can't post in 🗣|member-plays anymore. What happened?
All alerts must be placed during market hours, be able to be followed, and be unique from other traders' alerts to reduce repetition. Able to be followed means the price alerted must be near the last traded price of whatever you are alerting. Our bot checks for that in real-time. Otherwise, the bot will put a temporary restriction from you posting in either channel.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, go to Membership Settings at https://app.xtrades.net/settings/list and click Cancel.
