Change Requests

Sometimes alerts are not captured correctly, due to issues with the data vendor or for bad user input. In these scenarios call the /changerequest command.

There are two paramters to this command:

• alert-identification: Copy a link to your alert in chat.

• changes-requested: Explain the changes needed and why we should make the change.

Not all change requests will be honored. But provided your request has merit, we can issue the changes on the Xtrades server.
